Mobilityworks is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Regional Service Client Liaison (RSCL). The RSCL will play a pivotal role in addressing the needs of our service clients and ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their inquiries. This position will be responsible for owning all incoming and potentially some outbound service calls for the OH/WI region. The RSCL will work closely with our stores and service departments to provide exceptional service and support.




Responsibilities:


Take ownership of all service calls for the region and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.


Monitor stores' general mailboxes and promptly return service calls, redirecting sales, rental, and other calls to the appropriate team members.


Develop strong rapport with clients to quickly determine their needs and provide appropriate assistance.


Direct calls to the store associated with the issue by attempting warm transfers.


Utilize the phone hierarchy designed by Angie Linker to ensure calls are routed efficiently.


Coordinate with the schedulers in the region to add necessary appointments and communicate directly with the service departments of respective stores to confirm details.




Essential Job Functions and Duties:


Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call environment.


Answer incoming calls from the queue in a professional and courteous manner.


Foster a team environment by maintaining positive relationships with peers, clients, and general managers.


Maintain access to all schedulers in the region to add necessary appointments and communicate directly with service departments.


Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and state mandates.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:


2-3 years of call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience in a fast-paced environment (automotive call center experience is helpful but not required).


Excellent communication skills with a compelling phone presence.


Strong customer service mentality.


Warm and friendly demeanor.


Positive attitude with good energy.


Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and integrated phone systems.


Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
