Position Summary: The Regional F&I Administrator will support the Regional F&I Manager in support of his/her assigned stores. In addition, this position will provide clerical support to the National Commercial F&I Manager with contracting and logging finance deals.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- F&I funding management.
- Manage the intake and validation process for all incoming finance deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate as necessary with key personnel ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely resolution of any issues.
- Perform any other tasks or duties required in the successful implementation of the sales and service of financing, insurance, and warranty programs.
- Print and prepare protections contracts as needed.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and appropriately obtained from Sales staff and clients (such as POI and POR).
- Ensure state and Federal regulatory compliance with respect to the sales and implementation of these programs.
- Train store personnel on new processes & procedures.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and present data in a clear and compelling manner, providing valuable insights to support decision-making within the finance department. Proficient in using data visualization tools and financial reporting software to create detailed reports and presentations.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Develop and implement new Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes to optimize departmental efficiency, streamline operations, and improve overall performance, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience working with Finance preferred.
- Ability to compile and analyze compelling data for review.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
- Strong customer service mentality.
- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Dealertrack experience proficiency a plus.
- Warm and friendly demeanor.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
