Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? EZ Mobility is seeking a dependable and compassionate Porter to join our team.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our mission to improve mobility and independence for our clients. You’ll safely transport mobility equipment and vehicles, assist with deliveries and pickups, and ensure every customer receives a positive, professional experience.

• Shuttle guests or customers if necessary. Assists customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Wash and detail of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality.
• Pick up or deliver parts & vehicles as needed.
• Vehicle inventory maintenance.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Light janitorial duties.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Assisting service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles.
• Responsible for starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week.
• Maintains organization of customer vehicles in service lot.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active and Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and experience is required
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

•Exposed to variable weather conditions

•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

•Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, kneeling, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.  

•Participate in required company safety programs, trainings and PPE guidelines.
