Position Summary: The After Sales Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all part sales of the company to ensure continued growth of revenue and profitability. They will also oversee the Warranty department to ensure customer satisfaction and provide data analysis to help mitigate future warranty claims.


Essential Job Functions and Duties: 

  • Achieve annual revenue and growth goals and objectives by developing and implementing part sales/warranty plans and defining objectives and success measures
  • Interfaces with customers to provide order support and resolve routine problems, or provide product specifications, or product support materials including pricing information
  • Responds to all stakeholder inquiries and sales requests, sharing this information with all necessary team members
  • Coordinates and enlists the involvement of company personnel, including support and service in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Provide strategic data analysis to manufacturing & product department leads on warranty claims
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manages Part Sales and Warranty teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Manage Online Part’s Store inventory and implement plans and objectives to ensure revenue and growth goals are achieved
  • Create and manage policies as it relates to part sales and warranty claims
  • Manage Vendor relations and vendor development as it relates to part sales
  • Coordinates development and execution of all KPI and customer experience data
  • Completes administrative work as assigned and as necessary
  • Lead, develop, train, and motivate the Part Sales and Warranty teams
  • Ensure warranty and part sales activities are processed through our systems
  • Recommend and implement system improvements to streamline and improve parts and warranty processes to improve customer experience
  • Design clear, measurable, and appropriate performance standards for the Part Sales team to drive sales performance and accountability
  • Work closely and in accordance with Shared Services teams to ensure sales goals are achieved by utilizing the abilities and the participation of departments (i.e.: Invoicing / AR)

  • Complete other duties as assigned


Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: 

Associate’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
  • Management experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Open-minded / problem solver approach to the position. Strong leadership and team building experience
  • Must have demonstrable competency with computers (MS Word, Excel, Salesforce etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience is required
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background checks and preemployment drug screening


 Physical Demands / Work Environment: 

  • Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects
  • weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed
  • Participate in required company safety programs, trainings and PPE guidelines
